Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this product being non-tangible and irrevocable goods, refunds are not available once order is confirmed and product is available for download. Please note that the HollowSheep Store offers digital products, not services, so there is no way to close access to the files that you’ve already received.

As per The Consumer Rights Act, you may make a claim for a refund if your digital download is faulty. I may issue a refund if there is a technical problem that I can't help you resolve or if there was a misrepresentation in the product description. In those cases the refund period is 30 days from the moment of the purchase.

I consider a technical problem to be one of the following:
- Major defects: although all the products are thoroughly examined before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly to myself, HollowSheep. Upon providing evidence of issue, refund may be processed.
- Products are not-as-described or not as what is previewed as per the products page.

The following situations are not obligated reasons for providing refunds:
- Products have been purchased by mistake.
- You do not have the expertise to apply and use products bought.
- You decide you no longer like your purchase/change your mind.

Please be aware that any issues resulting from third party products (such as unity shaders) and/or model updates are not covered under this refund policy.

Charge backs without consultation for refund will result in being blacklisted from Hollowsheep stores.
